Membership Information

Annual Dues:  Annual dues for Overhill Swim Club are currently $500.00/year for a family pass.  To become a member of Overhill Swim Club, you must also pay a debenture fee of $100.00 and an initiation fee of $479.25.  The first year cost of becoming a member is $1079.25.  The cost of all subsequent years is the annual dues amount.  The $100.00 debenture fee will be paid back to you if you decide to no longer be a member and when a new member takes your spot.

Guest Passes:  Guest fees are $4.00/person four (4) years and over per day for the use of the swim club facilities; except Saturday, Sunday and holidays when guest fees are $5.00/person.  Guest fees are $2.00 after 6:00 pm every weekday, $2.50 on weekends and holidays, not to exceed $15.00/ guest family.

Babysitter Rules:  Members children that must be accompanied by a non-member babysitter, may do so by purchasing a babysitter pass for $25.00/family, pending board approval.  A member babysitting for non-members children can purchase a babysitter pass for $25.00/child for children three (3) and under and $100.00/child for children four (4) through twelve (12).  People having babysitter passes only have club privileges while in a babysitting capacity.  A fully clothed non-member babysitter will be permitted in the upper level pool area at no charge.

Special Parties:  Any member may reserve the back deck with a $25.00 fee with the pool manager.  This fee entitles you to a reserved area and assures that the pool will be open and sufficient personnel on duty.  Parties are to be held Monday through Friday after 5:00 pm only.  Refunds will be given only if the pool manager closes the pool early due to weather conditions, or if a 48-hour notice of cancellation is given by the person booking the party.
